We are pleased to announce that G. Mark Hardy will be keynoting RV4sec 2015!

G. Mark Hardy is founder and President of National Security Corporation and GMH-photo-2has provided cyber security expertise to government, military, and commercial clients for over 30 years.  Also founder of CardKill, Inc., he is a retired U.S. Navy Captain, and an internationally recognized expert who has presented at over 250 events world-wide.  He serves on the Advisory Board of the National CyberWATCH Center.  A graduate of Northwestern University, he holds a BS in Computer Science, a BA in Mathematics, a Masters in Business Administration, a Masters in Strategic Studies, and holds CISSP, CISM, GSLC, and CISA certifications.

RV4sec is the only security conference between Washington DC and Raleigh NC, reaching a largely untapped market of security professionals and executives. We expect RV4sec 2015 to be approximately 350 to 400 people–a mix of technical engineers, managers and CISOs. Sponsorship has the potential to reach local attendees from several large corporations, including Capital One Bank, Carmax, Dominion, Markel, Altria, Genworth, GE, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Anthem, and MeadeWestvaco, among others. In its third year, RVAsec 2014 drew 350 attendees from Richmond, Washington, DC and beyond.

RVAsec is a Richmond, VA based security convention that brings top industry speakers to the midatlantic region. In its second year, RVAsec 2013 attracted 265 security professionals from across the country. For 2014, the conference is a two day and dual-track format, with a mixed focus on technical and management/business presentations.

All talks must be 55 minutes in length, and submissions will need to select either technical or business/management tracks.
